A non-refundable payment is required to reserve your place on the expedition. The full payment must be paid in full by the specified deadline (details will be provided in your confirmation email). 3-night Hotel Stay and Camp Dinners are included in price. If you’re unable to attend, your booking is transferable to another participant up to 30 days before the event. In the unlikely event that XtremeLines cancels the trip, all payments will be fully refunded. By completing this payment, you agree to the event terms, conditions, and liability waiver provided upon registration.

By registering for or participating in any event, expedition, or off-road activity organized by Xtremelines (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Off-roading and overlanding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, and unpredictable environmental conditions. All participants take part at their own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle, equipment, and personal gear are safe, suitable, and properly maintained for the event. Xtremelines, its organizers, team members, and partners accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participation requires sound judgment, respect for nature, and full compliance with all local laws and safety regulations. Each driver and passenger must act responsibly, follow the guidance of event leaders, and exercise caution at all times. By joining an event, you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily accept them. You also agree that photos or videos captured during events may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in Xtremelines activities.

Participant Waiver, Liability Release & Terms of Participation XtremeLines Events, Expeditions & Off-Road Activities

By registering for or participating in any event, expedition, or off-road activity organized by XtremeLines (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
Off-roading and overlanding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, accidents, and unpredictable environmental or weather conditions. By joining any XtremeLines event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and understand that you are fully responsible for your own safety and that of your passengers.

2. Participant Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle, equipment, and personal gear are safe, suitable, and properly maintained for the event. Participants must exercise good judgment, respect nature, and comply with all local laws, environmental guidelines, and event safety regulations. Each driver and passenger must act responsibly, follow the guidance of event leaders, and maintain a cooperative and safety-conscious attitude at all times.

3. Release of Liability
XtremeLines, its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, and sponsors accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event. By participating, you release and hold harmless XtremeLines and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation.

4. Media Consent
By joining an event, you agree that photos and videos captured during activities may be used by XtremeLines for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing registration or submitting payment for any XtremeLines event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in XtremeLines activities.
