By registering for or participating in any event, expedition, or off-road activity organized by Xtremelines (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Off-roading and overlanding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, and unpredictable environmental conditions. All participants take part at their own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle, equipment, and personal gear are safe, suitable, and properly maintained for the event.

Xtremelines, its organizers, team members, and partners accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participation requires sound judgment, respect for nature, and full compliance with all local laws and safety regulations. Each driver and passenger must act responsibly, follow the guidance of event leaders, and exercise caution at all times.

By joining an event, you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily accept them. You also agree that photos or videos captured during events may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in Xtremelines activities.
